Line scanning AOI device based on deep learning
The products flowing from the assembly line are transported to the visual inspection station through the conveying mechanism, and then taken by the line scan camera around the station from different angles from the front and the side. The AOI visual inspection system simulates the human eye to detect the products and determine qualified and defective products which are finally sorted and discharged by the conveying mechanism.
